Safe keeping of Wills of living persons

You may be considering making a will, but realise that you have nowhere to keep it for safety.

The Records Branch provides a storage facility for persons who make wills and have no place to keep them.

How much do I pay for this service?

This service is provided free of cost.

What do I produce to have this service?

You must produce:

• The Original Will in a sealed envelope, with the following information written on the front of the envelope:
• The date of the Will
• The name of the Testator or Testatrix - person making the Will
• Address of the Testator or Testatrix
• Names and addresses of the Executors or Executrixes of the Will
